He is a patient and compassionate individual dedicated to providing individuals and families with exceptional supports.
Thomas Kargbo has a proven track record to accurately identify, develop, and implement effective treatment plans to increase his clients’ growth and success. He is highly skilled in relationship management, regulation compliance, and supervision. He is recognized for top productivity, innovation, and consistently going above and beyond what the job requires.

The Founder and Executive Director of Liberation Medical Hospital (SL) Limited, is an accomplished Human Services Professional for more than twenty-five years, supporting Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, 18 years and over; as well as the Elderly in advocacy and supportive services. He is a patient and compassionate man dedicated to providing individuals and families with exceptional supports.
Thomas Kargbo is the Founder and C.E.O. of Commonwealth Supportive Services LLC, since July 20th. 2013 to date. CSS – is a Provider Agency licensed in Pennsylvania with The Office of Developmental Programs. His program supports People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Community Living Arrangements aka (Group Homes): providing them with appropriate supports and services to improve their quality of life to maximize their potential to live meaningful everyday lives.

Profile Of Liberation Medical Hospital
Liberation Medical Hospital (LMH) founded by Mr. Thomas Kargbo, and established under the legal framework of the Republic of Sierra Leone as a Non-Governmental Organization, registered with The Ministry of Development and Economic Planning, Ministry of Health, Sierra Leone Medical and Dental Counsil, Sierra Leone Association of Non-Governmental Organizations and The Freetown City Council. LMH is dedicated to providing quality medical services, medicines and pharmaceutical products to support the healthcare needs of the vulnerable poor on a cost recovery basis in line with Government Health Policies for the Kossuh Town Community, in the Western Rural district of Greater Freetown.
The Organization is committed to fostering strategic and enduring collaborations and is enger to engage with varinus institutions and other organizations for the sole purpose of designing and implementing its Mission Statement and core mandates.
The organization also seeks to carry forward its good intentions to support The Government to achieve health delivery services to the vulnerable populations through donations.
